Hazrat Mian Muhammad Bukhsh was the great Sufi Poet of Punjabi. He visited Kashmir Valley so that the elders there could visit the religion and also the shrines of the         saints. Kashmir is like Heaven on the earth. It is also called the blessed and promised land. It has treature of civilization, culture, art and heritage which changes its social life. He has exerted enormous influence on the beliefs and mental thinkings of the people of Kashmir as a Saint, revolutionary, patriot and poet. The simplicity of Mian Sahib's life has deeply impressed the Kashmiris who showed highest veneration for the Saint. He received blessing from the religious leaders of Kashmir.
