Abstract

Indus Valley is very fertile. Allah has blessed it in every respect. Like this, it is also adorbned with different languages but in spite of maintaing their own identity, these languages have close relation with each other. They possess linguistic commonalities as well as literary harmony. Punjabi and Balochi languages have also many commonalities among them. They belong to the same langauge group according to the linguistic parameters. They have the same script with almost the same alphabets. Their sound system is same. They have same vocabulary and Syntax. Their proverbs as well as idiomatic phrases are also similar. In this research paper, an attempt has been made to explore those areas where Balochi and Punjabi Langauges show same features.
