The semantic multiplicity of "Monjh" in modern Saraiki poetry

Abstract

"Moonjh" is a unique word in the Seraiki language that cannot be found in any other language. Because it gives more than one meaning at a time. The meaning of this word in Urdu can be clarified to some extent, but its meaning cannot be conveyed by a single word or phrase. There is clear evidence of the eloquence of the Saraiki language that the word "Moonjh" has such a wide meaning that even the Saraiki language has to be used to explain it. The creative force of Saraiki poetry is "Moonjh". The entire history and culture of the Saraiki nation and Waseeb, past and future, fears and possibilities are all written in the "Moonjh". In this article authors tried to told the sementic subjectivity of word "Moonjh".
